In partnership with Healthscope, Ventia are engaged to provide Hard Facility Management Services at our Northern Beaches Hospital. We're hiring a Systems and Reporting Analyst on a full time basis to join our small, friendly team. This newly created and exciting role will see you provide comprehensive reporting solutions and data analytics to support critical business decisions.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Administer and update the asset management data in our Computerised Maintenance Management System (QFM) to support contract service delivery.
- Collect, analyse, and manage all contract data to improve asset performance by means of predictive reporting, forecasting and compliance.
- Prepare all required contract reporting ensuring accurate and timely reporting on contractual asset events and activities.
- Develop dashboards and create and design reports in Power BI to support operational service delivery.

**About you**:

- Highly skilled in Business Intelligence tools including Power BI (QFM experienced highly regarded).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience designing purpose-built dashboards, reports and business performance insights in an operational environment.
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex and changing work environment with multiple stakeholders.

As part of the recruitment process you will need to successfully pass a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check as well as complete a Work Health Assessment.
