**Position Overview**

The GSA Reporting Analyst position requires a data driven performer, dedicated to producing high level reports as well as 5-star customer service day-in, day-out resulting in absolute customer satisfaction. This position requires someone who has flexibility to move between all floors of office in Sydney, whilst effectively working & ensuring our Real Estate & Workplace Services operations are seamless according to our standard.

**Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Report on data analytics in the Tableau Dashboard and REWS Ticketing system.
- Assist the REWS team by monitoring and ensuring all REWS requests in person or via slack are being acknowledged and replied to.
- Own the Help Desk Initiative (weekly pop ups for employee education).
- Campus Tour assistance for Executives, Events, SICs and VIPs.
- Assist with rostering GSA's to conduct weekly Campus Tours, which includes communicating this offering on slack in relevant channels.
- Create slack channels & workflows that enhance team efficiency
- Overlooking google & quip folders, ensuring all documents are in the correct locations.
- Ability to create high-level reports & presentations for regional/global scale.
- Responsible for weekly auditing & reporting
- SME on all Data Internal Reporting Systems
- Responsible for monthly data of metrics, for example REWS service ticket requests, reporting to REWS Management to accurately anticipate future business processes, budgeting, and strategy decisions.
- Responsible for managing communications on REWS highlights broadcasting on a regional & global platform.
- Adapting to new & improved processes for slack, being the most up-to-date person in the team to provide regular training where necessary, leading Sydney to success.
- Manage the REWS ticketing system queue effectively & efficiently, providing equal opportunity to the team & allocating appropriate requests to those best suited.
- Adhere to SLA's designed to improve GSA productivity, efficiency, and service delivery.
- Complete monthly internal & external communication audits on messaging platforms (e.g. quip, slack, REWS website).
- Partner with the REWS Event Managers & Innovation Centre for optimal Workplace Experience.
- Lead the GSA program and team members by showcasing best practices around our global hospitality standards and 'show ready' vision, collaborating with the wider REWS team to develop and improve the experience.
- Assist with special event programs and hospitality projects, by resolving all customer and event inquiries, issues, or challenges promptly and professionally.
- Develop a strong relationship with key stakeholders, internal business units & partners, external vendors, and contractors to ensure business needs are met and all relevant REWS information is communicated effectively.
- Manage all walk up questions at the Lobby, Auditorium, Training Room, SIC Floor, Terrace and 3-Ohana Floors.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to be flexible in ever-changing environment.
- Patience, a sense of humour, adaptability, and a positive, can-do attitude
- Understand the brand and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistency of design standards for all customer facing areas and events including photography guidelines. (Marketing requests, Culture Gallery submissions).
