We are seeking a seasoned Vulnerability Management Professional to oversee the entire vulnerability management process, from intake through remediation, tracking, deferrals, and closure.
About the Opportunity
This high-impact role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of security frameworks and service management best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly the Vulnerability Response module, as well as solid understanding of vulnerability management platforms such as Qualys, CrowdStrike or similar.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards and reports (ServiceNow, Power BI, Excel) that give clear visibility into progress, backlog, and risk posture.
The successful candidate will leverage data from various sources, identify trends, prioritize remediation and escalate issues.
Frequent governance sessions will be held to ensure stakeholders are aligned on progress and priorities.
The position also involves managing and resolving remediation blockers, documenting and managing vulnerability-related risks, issues, and deferrals.
A critical component of this role is providing central point of contact for vulnerability updates, audit requests, and compliance reporting.
