The OpportunityWe're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Business Manager to join our high-performing team.
In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of delivering finance volume, F&I income, and departmental profitability in line with BMW and internal targets.
What You'll Do
Drive finance penetration across New, Used, and Service departments
Maintain compliance with BMW Finance and all regulatory requirements
Foster strong relationships with both customers and internal teams
Adapt to changing market conditions and consistently meet financial goals
Maintain the highest standards of customer experience
What You'll Bring
Current BMW Finance accreditation and up-to-date compliance knowledge
Proven success in a Business Manager role, ideally within a prestige dealership
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
A results-driven mindset with a high level of personal accountability
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar F&I position
