What will you do?
As a key member of our Queensland Transport team, you'll play a leading role in the design and delivery of major road and infrastructure projects for TMR , government agencies , local councils and contractor partners .
From concept through to detailed design, you'll contribute to projects that support the sustainable growth of our region.Your role will include:Leading and supporting design delivery for road infrastructure projects , in line with TMR guidelinesContributing to proposal preparation and supporting business developmentDriving quality outcomes through technical review and mentoring junior team membersEnsuring effective verbal and written communication to enhance client experience and team collaborationHelping shape the strategic direction of projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholdersWhat are we looking for?
We'd love to hear from you if you have:8+ years' experience in civil engineering with a focus on roads and highwaysRegistered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) – essentialProven capability in TMR project delivery , from planning to detailed designA collaborative mindset and a passion for solving complex infrastructure challengesExperience leading design teams or mentoring others will be highly regardedWhy Aurecon?
