**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**LOCATION - KILCOY**

We are looking for a Training Coordinator at Kilcoy Global Foods (KGF) to work in our Human Resources department. This is an existing role that will work on the design and coordination of learning initiatives for our workforce. This is a Monday to Friday position and will be based at our plant in Kilcoy. Flexibility with start and finish times is required for this role.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the design and upkeep of work instructions, including tracking and compliance
- Ensure updates to work instructions are rolled out effectively and satisfactorily
- Lead relevant workforce development projects
- Support with coaching new starters
- Provide support to supervisors for L&D related communications including tool box talks
- Coordinate and co-facilitate KGF inductions processes for operational employees.
- Supporting with updating and maintaining learning records within Kronos
- Coordination of recognition programs such as Timeworker Excellence
- Support with the implementation of a Learning Management System
- Coordinate ad hoc programs and initiatives for Operations, e.g. leadership development initiatives, promotion of KGF employee values

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in learning administration desirable but not essential
- A passion for helping and supporting employees
- An execution focused mindset and the ability to successfully multitask under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of computer literacy in MS Office programs
- A commitment to continuous improvement individually and as a team
- Solutions focused and ability to follow through
- A flexible, driven, and motivated personality
