To continue our success, we are looking for a Team Coordinator to join our WEEKEND DAY Shift team.This role will see you working alongside your Frontline Manager and team members to ensure smooth operation of our highly-automated manufacturing lines.It's best suited to somebody who has prior experience with people management, and who has a strong mechanical aptitude.
You will spend the majority of your time on the manufacturing floor, ensuring that your team are supported.
You will be somebody who can remain calm under pressure and who can think on their feet in a safe and responsible manner.Details:Weekend Day Shift : 6:30am-6:30pm Saturday & SundayPermanent Part Time : 24 Hours Weekly ResponsibilitiesCo-ordinating daily operations of the manufacturing lineReviewing and reporting line performanceLeading team meetings and performance processesTaking ownership of KPIsCompleting relief, rostering and training of team membersData entry and administration QualificationsYou Will HaveDemonstrated ability to effectively lead, manage and co-ordinate a work group to achieve agreed goals and objectivesThe ability to plan and co-ordinate a number of simultaneous work activitiesEffective oral and written communication skillsInterpersonal skills which foster the trust, co-operation and support of othersDemonstrated experience in food manufacturing environment (not essential, but advantageous)Knowledge in basic equipment maintenance and advanced monitoring of process controlsFor youRostered Days Offs, ability to bank overtime, paid meal breaks, PPE & uniforms providedWellness benefits + 20 weeks paid parental leaveFree take-home product each weekDiscounts for Asahi beverages portfolio, Scoopon, and Luxury EscapesPepsiCo is dedicated to sustainability with initiatives like EV chargers, net-zero energy efficiency, hydro trucks, and net-zero water usage.
