The Application Preparation Officer will be responsible for commencing the processing of Home Loan Applications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a high standard of service delivery to our broker partners

**Skills & Experience**:

- FSRA ASIC Tier 2 Accreditation
- 2+ years' experience in a financial services process environment
- Strong knowledge of banking and lending products & services
- Experience in income, expense, liability and asset verification
- Exceptional customer service ethics and skills and a commitment to delivering customer experience excellence
