THE OPPORTUNITY
Cambridge Management Services has a Building Manager/Caretaker role available. This role is based at the St Lucia Building
This role is a Building manager role with a primary focus on landscaping. It will be 30 hours a week - 5 days, 7am to 1pm. Monday to Friday.
On the job training will be provided. The diversity and variety of this position offers a challenging role for the right applicant who enjoys a hands-on role as well as the ability to seek an understanding of body corporate obligations and relevant legislation.
**About You**:
- Experience landscaping
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
- Focus on customer service whilst prioritising daily tasks.
- Strong computer skills.
- Be able to follow and communicate instructions clearly and accurately.
- Willingness to seek an understanding of body corporate structures and proceedings.
- A proactive approach to learning and undertaking set tasks.
**Please Note**: You must be willing to be available for emergency matters and 'after hours' calls.
