TalentWeb is supporting one of the most recognised property brands in their search for 2 Marketing Executives - one concentrating on the Eastern Suburbs, the other in the South West/Western Sydney. Both opportunities are in the residential space with a focus on Apartments or Home and Land Package.

**The Opportunities**
- Assist in developing, implementing and driving marketing and sales strategies.
- Coordinate, prepare, maintain and monitor of all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home.
- Prepare marketing briefs and presentations
- Prepare project promotion material, press and online materials.
- Take ownership of brand and projects ensuring campaign deadlines are met.
- Conduct market research and reporting on market trends, competitor, customer and campaign performance.
- Manage marketing budgets.
- Coordinate and attend project launches and events
- Analyse and interpret data and provide insights and recommendations for inclusion in marketing strategies.
- Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Liaise with media, agencies, market research firms, PR companies and suppliers as required.

**Your Background**
As a property marketeer you bring:

- Solid marketing industry experience, including experience in digital and print media.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Database management and CRM, CMS and edm expertise.
- An understanding/working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative suite skills (Indesign and Photoshop)
- An understanding of Google Analytics.
- Diverse project skills as well as stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
