- ** Permanent Part time (3 days per week)**

We are currently seeking a Quality & Education Manager to join our team at Charles O'Neil on a permanent part-time basis. In this role, you will provide exceptional coordination services in relation to clinical quality and education support, and you will ensure that current accreditation standards are met.

**In addition to this, you will**:

- Implement our standard operating model for quality and education
- Ensure clinical and service delivery and documentation is upheld to the highest standards
- Coordinate and conduct internal and external quality audits at the home
- Facilitate effective training and education to new and existing staff, including induction and competencies, and more.
- Registered Nurse with APHRA registration
- An in-depth understanding of Aged Care Standards
- Fundamental knowledge of the clinical functions of an Aged Care facility
- Knowledge of AACQA accreditation standards
- Minimum of one year experienced as a Quality Coordinator in the Aged Care industry or in a comparable role/industry
- Certificate 4 in Workplace and Assessment Training (desirable)
