Commercial Property Management AssistantAdelaide Commercial Real Estate is a boutique, family-owned agency established in 2010.
Over the past 15 years, we've grown into a respected full-service commercial property firm, specialising in leasing, management, and new developments.We're a team of 15 professionals who treat each other like family.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a detail-driven and financially minded assistant to support our Property Management division.The RoleWe're seeking a Commercial Property Management Assistant with a strong background in finance, bookkeeping, or accounts administration.
This role is ideal for someone who's highly organised, loves working with numbers, and can support our property managers with the financial and administrative side of managing a commercial portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess rent payments, tenant invoices, and arrears follow-upPrepare landlord financial statements and assist with monthly reportingReconcile accounts and support with trust accounting complianceCoordinate property outgoings, budgets, and recoveriesAssist property managers with lease documentation, renewals, and recordsProvide general administrative and office support to the teamWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in bookkeeping and or accounts administrationHigh attention to detail and accuracy with numbersStrong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication and a collaborative attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential); knowledge of Cirrus8 or similar property software highly regardedA willingness to learn and grow within the commercial property industryWhy Join Us?
