Due to our current growth, we are excited to be recruiting for 2 x casual positions within our Consumer Experience team that will support ourabovementioned brands.
The roles constitutes an outstanding opportunity for a Consumer Service specialist to kick-start their career with Amer Sports and combine their exemplary skills with theirpassion for the outdoors
The roles will be supported by an experienced team who have apositive & inclusive cultureand work together to provide the best customer experience they can.
Full training will be provided to ensure you are up to speed on systems and processes.
Responsibilities
Driving a 'Consumer First' attitude and building a strong service experience
Responding to consumer enquiries & complaints via live chat, email & phone
Assisting with the smooth transition of orders into SAP from our online store
Continuous auditing of the online stores and providing feedback
Supporting Sales teams, Brand managers and other internal stakeholders
Offering solutions and ideas to continuously improve internal processes
Participating and supporting at community events and demo days
Processing returns and refunds
Assessing and providing solutions to consumer warranty claims
Liaising with Supply Chain team and our delivery partners regarding fulfilment and delivery issues

Requirements / Qualifications
These roles will appeal to ambitious candidates who possess1year + customer serviceexperience in a fast paced and customer centric environment.
Your problem-solving skills and ability to build excellent relationships will come naturally, and yourpassion for our brands will be authentic.
We are looking for an individual who has a positive outlook, attention to detail and a desire to succeed –attitude is everything
