TeamKids has an exciting part-time, permanent Second in Charge (2IC) vacancy at our Inner North Canberra school in Campbell, ACT.

**About the Role**:
This role is permanent and part-time at an established program with a beautiful designated OSHC space and school environment. You will start off with an extensive induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Director with an established team and Regional Manager.

Reporting to the Director of Service, the essential purpose of this role is to deliver a fun and high-quality program, promoting service excellence and safety.

During the holidays you will continue with TeamKids at your venue as the Holiday Program Coordinator.

This role is a perfect opportunity to continue developing yourself in the Education sector in a fun and educational environment while building incredibly strong professional relationships with the school you are based.

**Role specifics**:
Permanent Part-Time: Monday to Friday

Before School Care hours: 7:15am - 9:15am

After School Care Hours: 2:30pm - 6:00pm

Admin: 2.5 hours per week
- Block shifts during Vacation Care time.

**About You**:

- You're passionate about kids and pretty remarkable too
- Good team player, you're imaginative, enthusiastic, and energetic
- Previous experience working in Before and After School Care is preferred but not essential
- Love to have FUN
- Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if you're talking with a preppie, their parent, one of your team or the school principal

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Must be First Qualified or studying towards Diploma as observed by ACECQA, such as Early Childhood, Education, OSHC, Youth Work, Sport Science, Phys Ed, or Arts (Recreation)
- 1-2 years experience working with children over preschool age.
