With a rapidly expanding portfolio of world-class automation customers, we have an opportunity for a new team member to join the team at **Epiroc Australia** in** Perth**. Reporting to the Product Specialist Coordinator, this role will focus on installation, commissioning, and continued specialist support of Epiroc automation and technology products throughout Australia.

**Responsibilities of this role consists of but are not limited to the below**:

- Commissioning, diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs of Epiroc automation and technology systems.
- Preparing comprehensive documentation, including technical reports and test plans.
- Providing technical support to internal and external customers.
- Work closely with factory engineers to improve automation and technology products.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge on relationship between parameters and functionalities within the machine control systems.
- Continually develop own knowledge and expertise.
- Understand and comply with OH&S policies and procedures.

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Excellent overall troubleshooting skills including but not limited to control systems, mechanical, electrics, hydraulic and technology aspects of mining equipment.
- Meticulous and methodical execution with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualification/s.
- Strong electrical, hydraulic, and/or mechanical background.
- Experience with IT networking protocols, administration, monitoring, and support
- Commitment to providing quality customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to various roster arrangements.
- Valid drivers license and able to obtain a National Police Clearance.
