Job Description:

You will play a critical role in ensuring that our Jira, Jira Align, Jira Service Management, and Confluence tools are set up and used in the most effective way to drive better, faster, and more collaborative results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bring business teams and technical experts together to manage the backlog, prioritize improvements, and maintain tight governance
  • Shape Atlassian tools to meet business goals and delivery needs
  • Create a clear product roadmap and set priorities each quarter
  • Work closely with users, product managers, engineers, and delivery teams
  • Own and prioritize the Atlassian backlog, refining stories and epics
  • Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery
  • Ensure all changes meet governance, security, and change management standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing and prioritizing project backlogs
  • Strong understanding of Atlassian tools and their applications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and expectations
