A real estate bookkeeper, located in Canberra, who specialise in booking and property management for real estate agents across Australia, have an exciting Full Time position available for a trainee to join their team.

**The Role**

You will become their maintenance specialist coordinating owners, tenants and contractors to bring their properties up to a high standard of living. You will be responsible for prioritising various maintenance tasks as they come in for rectification. You will also have the opportunity to get out in the community assisting our lead inspector on conducting for our rental properties open for inspections, routine inspections and all other property related inspections.

You will also work towards completing a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Real Estate Practice.
