Office Junior - Real Estate Trainee

Modern and Dynamic Agency in Northern Beaches | Up to $70k+ Training | Full-Time

Are you ready to kickstart your real estate career with one of the most respected and established agencies on the Northern Beaches? A modern and dynamic agency in Frenchs Forest is seeking a motivated and organised Office junior to join our close-knit team.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Support both the Property Management and Sales teams with day-to-day operations
  • Professionally answer incoming calls and manage front-desk enquiries
  • Keep the office clean, tidy, and running smoothly
  • General filing
  • Assist at auctions and open homes – be part of the action
  • Help with Lease Administration and tenancy agreements
  • Get creative and support marketing campaigns across digital and print

What You'll Need

A Certificate of Registration (COR) or willingness to obtain oneCar and driver's licenseStrong communication and organisational skillsA can-do attitude and desire to learn and growAbility to work well as part of a small, dynamic team
