**The Position**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to take on the role of Processing Team Leader at our site located in the western suburbs of Truganina.

**What you will do**:

- Work with the Processing Supervisor/Manger to balance workflow and staffing to optimise productivity, labour efficiencies and minimise labour costs
- Respond effectively to day-to-day operational issues, within a time critical environment; escalating as required to the Processing Supervisor/ Manager
- Ensure work practices achieve the highest safety, quality and productivity levels
- Assist the Processing Supervisor/ Manager to achieve KPI's
- Assist in the development and training of new and existing employees; coaching, mentoring and identifying training gaps
- Promote a team focussed, inclusive environment

**What you will bring**:

- A 'manual' driving license essential (minimum 3 years)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Demonstrable experience leading a team
- A solution focussed leader with effective communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to coordinate and juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines
- Well-developed time management skills
- Hard worker with strong attention to detail
- Honest and reliable work ethic
- Demonstrated sound knowledge of safety in the workplace

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in mechanical and/or accessory fitment
- Automotive industry experience advantageous
