**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Due to ongoing growth, we are currently seeking a
- Liaise with the HSE Manager and Site Leadership to coordinate rosters of the HSE team.
- Report and track overall HSE related progress and performance.
- Lead incident investigations in line with Warrikal procedures, from initial incident notification through to close out.
- Communicate with, and report into Warrikal Management on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with Warrikal Corporate HSE to ensure effective flow of information.
- Execute audit schedules and manage site-based audits with clients.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of HSE initiatives.
- Support the HSE Manager in managing injuries and illnesses, whilst providing advice to personnel.
- Develop qualitative risk assessments.
- Overseeing compliance with hazard and materials risks management.
- Communicate HSE expectations and requirements during pre-start and client meetings.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a HSE role within the mining, resources, or construction industry.
- Mandatory qualification of Advanced Diploma in OHS or above.
- Experienced or trained in Project Management.
- Formal incident investigation training (TapRoot, Essential Factors or ICAM).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Sound knowledge of the regulatory framework of the mining industry in WA.
- Experienced with contractor management.
- Sound knowledge of risk management.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and Lead Auditor qualification desirable.
