What are we looking for?

An opportunity is now available to join our National Information Technology team in Melbourne as a Delivery Manager. This is a fixed term full-time contract for 12 months, based in our Melbourne Office. However, we are open to discussions around flexible work arrangements.

The Delivery Manager reports to our Head of Applications and Solutions, and will work closely with the internal Salesforce team, product owner, and key business stakeholders. You will be responsible for at least 8 direct reports.

A typical day will have you responsible for:

- Providing leadership to the team
- Develop, implement & embed key processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Develop and embed a technical documentation approach for the platform
- Ensure security and data protection of the platform
- Act as central engagement point for work requests
- Facilitate and support solution analysis
- Manage delivery planning of prioritised work
- Mentor, coach and lead team members to enhance their technical skills and promote collaboration and engagement
- Develop team workforce planning
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Other duties as required

- Project Management skills
- Agile Delivery
- Scrum Master Certification (e.g. CSM)
- Process Improvement (e.g. Lean or Six Sigma)
- Experience with delivery of change on SaaS platforms
- Experience with vendor and contract management
- Portfolio Planning
- SaaS Cost Governance
- Sprint & Release Management
