Are you an organised, friendly, and proactive individual with a passion for property and people?
We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic team player to be the welcoming face within our Perth branch as a Property Adviser and provide vital support to our estate agency team.
About the Role As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional and positive experience.
You'll also support the team helping to manage client communications and manage a database of potential buyers, understanding their property requirements and identifying how we can assist them in securing their next home.
What You'll Be Doing Welcoming clients and handling front-of-house enquiriesHandling calls, emails, and web enquiriesManaging a busy diary of property viewings/inspectionsCarrying out accompanied viewings throughout the Perthshire areaObtaining feedback from potential buyersOrganising post, keys, and signageAssisting with ad hoc projects and general office admin What We're Looking For A natural organiser with a methodical approachMinimum of 3 Highers (including English)Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelFriendly, professional, and reliableExperience in estate agency or have a comparable sales backgroundKnowledge of property sales processes and terminologyStrong communication and presentation skillsA team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail Why Join Us?
