**Program Scheduler**

**Location**: Artarmon

The Program Content Scheduler is responsible for managing the preparation of program content and the promo and sales function within FOX SPORTS. This involves the accurate scheduling of on-air promotions, cross-promotions, contra, and commercials across all FOX SPORTS channels, as well as strict adherence to program timings. This will have a direct impact in shaping the way Australians view their content

**Your Purpose**
- Create / Maintain presentation schedules and program rundowns in the IBMS and Landmark scheduling databases in consultation with the Programming Team.
- Processing commercial / promo / contra feeds & deliveries.
- Assign jobs to Edit via Media Prep Tool
- Ensure all programs adhere to Australian Classification Guidelines.
- Daily communication with the FNC Campaign Team, Presentation, Edit and Media Services Teams.
- Generate programming transmission reports.
- Review transmission schedules and liaising with Production, Editors and Media Services to ensure that all requisite content and program information is submitted.
- Any other administrative tasks as directed.

**Your Capabilities**
- Advanced data entry and database skill
- Advanced Word and Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Broadcast production experience is an advantage
- Sound understanding of a variety of sports
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Proven ability to meet and manage tight deadlines
- Demonstrate initiative and organizational ability
