Do you want to support the delivery of high-impact ICT projects that help protect Australia?
We're seeking experienced Project Officers (SFIA levels 3-5) to join and assist in delivering secure, mission-critical ICT initiatives.
You'll work closely with Project Managers and delivery partners to keep projects on track and outcomes aligned with national priorities.
What You'll Do
Coordinate project activities including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Support procurement, resource allocation, and cost tracking.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Assist with stakeholder engagement and communication.
Help identify and manage project risks and issues.
Organise meetings, workshops, and project events.
Provide knowledge transfer and support to team members.
What You'll Bring
Experience in project coordination or similar roles.
Familiarity with Prince2, PMBOK, or other project methodologies.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency with project tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Qualifications
Prince2 Foundation
AIPM CPPP Certificate IV or Diploma in Project Management
