Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide one-on-one support to clients facing mental health challenges.
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications in mental health support (e.g., Mental Health First Aid).
- Previous experience in a mental health or support role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
