**Responsibilities**:

- Provide emotional support and assistance to individuals with mental health conditions
- Plan and facilitate activities such as bush walking, gym sessions, community access, light house duties, and meal preparation
- Work closely with individuals to promote independence and improve their overall well-being
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and observations

**Requirements**:

- Valid Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card and NDIS screening
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Certification III in Individual Support or higher
- Valid driver's license
- Mental health training and previous experience in a similar role
- Fitness knowledge would be a benefit but not essential
