Our client is looking for a Program Assurance Manager to join an enterprise portfolio governance team. Working with Project Managers and the Project Management Office, you will be responsible for the independent and objective assurance and advice on all matters related to the delivery of project objectives. To be a success in this role, you will have a blend of the following skills and experience:

- Experience working as a Project Manager with a keen interest in project risk and governance outcomes
- An internal audit mindset or experience in Post Implementation Review/Benefits Realisation Review
- Experience running gateway reviews and project health checks
- Experience assessing Project Schedule Quality using data analytics of interest
- Experience assessing budgeting, cost and resource controls
- Comfortable reporting to the project steering committee and audit committee
- Ability to foster excellent relationships across broad teams and up to senior exec level
- A positive, can-do attitude and collaborative approach to delivering outcomes

This is not seen as a policing role but as partnering with project teams to continuously improve the delivery of programs. It is a permanent role reporting into an amazing leader who fosters a collaborative and flexible culture. The base salary is up to $170K base, plus 10% bonus, plus super.
