The Role

Our client is seeking to recruit a Claims Manager/Consultant, they have a wide variety of clients. The role of a claims manager will be to manage a portfolio of claims from end to end, keeping the client up to date and responding efficiently. Our Insurance Broking client is willing to look at people from Property or even a Motor claims background and offer full training in other areas. All team members have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills under the direct guidance of Senior Management, and of course they offer a great career plan.

About you

With sound experience in Claims  / General Insurance, you are known for your high attention to detail, responsive approach to taking action and supportive nature. You are friendly, and can be relied upon to produce high quality work every time. Also, you're good with systems and procedures, you will leave nothing to chance to ensure efficiency in your processes. Sincere and conscientious, you will be appreciated for your calm and composed nature when the pressure is on.

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2-3 + years general claims experience, coming from a brokerage would have you in the front.
  • Relatively stable working history
  • Confident with Word, Excel, Outlook
