**About our Client**
We're working with a well-known WA-based organisation undergoing major digital transformation, particularly across artificial intelligence, new technologies, and enterprise-wide systems change. They're expanding their internal change capability and looking for a hands-on Change Manager to join a well-established delivery team.

You'll be working alongside two existing Change Managers as part of a collaborative, fast-moving, and outcomes-focused group. Strategic direction is provided by the head of portfolio, but you'll be expected to work autonomously, manage your own initiatives, and drive practical delivery across complex stakeholder environments.

**What you'll be doing**
- Leading business change management (BCM) activities across a portfolio of digital, AI and tech initiatives.
- Working closely with project leads and internal business units to understand impacts and embed sustainable change.
- Designing and executing communication, engagement, and training plans.
- Influencing and coaching stakeholders to drive adoption and capability uplift.

**Who we're looking for**
- Proven experience as a Change Manager - mid level (aligned to peers in team).
- Someone who can problem-solve independently, adapt quickly, and match the energy of a high-output, fast-thinking team.
- Background in higher education or large enterprise is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, ADKAR or PROSCI frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
