Business Change Manager

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective change communications strategies and implementing them across the organisation.
This is a 6-month contract, working 24 hours per week. You must have full Australian work rights and be based in Perth, Western Australia.
About the JobWe partner with companies to design and implement people-focussed strategies and structures that help businesses respond to industry transitions and stay competitive.
As a member of our high-performing team, you will provide customer-focused Change Communications support as part of our Total Workforce Management Solutions.
You may be based in our Perth office, our client's office or remotely supporting.
Key Responsibilities- Communications strategy development
- Stakeholder communication
- Ensure regular communications are set out, artefacts developed and change plan is followed
- Presentation creation
- Proven success in a similar role
- A strong passion for delivering sustainable outcomes
- High energy, discipline, resilience and self-motivation
- Strong customer focus and ability to influence at all levels
