Our client is a market leader for IT and digital change in their sector and leverages technology to help provide a better end-user customer experience. A global SaaS transformation and integration program has created an additional need for you to join the team as a Change Manager reporting to the global Head of Change based in Perth, WA.
Key projects within this program of work will have you helping this complex, global business maximise the value from their recent business acquisitions, a strategic review of business with an updated technology roadmap and the implementation of new technology solutions. You'll enjoy driving stakeholder engagement and developing communication and marketing plans that help the internal IT team and business deliver the digital transformation program.
You will have an opportunity to work across the complete business & change management lifecycle helping implement new best practice processes and methodologies, improving stakeholder communication and execution in the business, and helping project manage a range of new initiatives. Briefly, you will have experience leading, managing, resourcing and coaching teams of various internal and external stakeholder teams, using your exceptional communication and influencing skills, and high degree of emotional intelligence (EQ) across complex business and organisation change programs over the last 2-5 years+.
Sound business / commercial skills, change analysis, project coordination and management consulting skills are required
Relevant tertiary education qualification/s would be of benefit in addition to industry certifications in change management, project delivery and service delivery PROSCI, APMG, Prince2 / PMBOK etc). Want to know more?
