Our client is a young events and brand experience agency who produce creative and bespoke experiences for some of the world's most famous brands.

Seeking an Exhibition Producer to join their Sydney team. You will support the team in producing custom builds for some of Australia + New Zealand's largest and most impressive expo's.

**The role**:

- Oversee exhibition logistics
- Regular client meetings and client relationship management including preparation and management of WIP notes, agendas and schedules
- Budget management
- Custom build management
- Invoice and PO tracking and management
- Maintain and develop strong supplier relationships, negotiate best rates
- Create detailed project plans, timelines and schedules
- Create/update client WIP decks and presentations with detail and consistency
- Manage crew, speaker and supplier travel and logistics
- Manage graphic and content
- 3-4 years experience working in exhibitions
- Ability to travel ANZ wide
- Exceptional attention to detail is a must
- Impeccably well presented
- Experience in Vectoworks or AutoCad is advantageous, though not essential
- Ability to be a strong support to the Production team
- Strong client and supplier relationship skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management
- Proactive and able to make decisions
- Has a creative flare to add to the team
