**About the Role**:
We're seeking a passionate and skilled **Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator** to join our National Office team. Reporting to the National Marketing & Brand Manager, this role will be key in shaping and promoting our brand across multiple channels. You'll bring our brand's voice to life, create engaging content, manage our social media calendar, and support multi-channel marketing campaigns. Your eye for detail, creative flair, and commercial insight will be essential in connecting with our audiences and driving brand growth.

**What You'll Do**:

- Create blogs, landing pages, and social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Plan, manage, and optimize the social media scheduling calendar.
- Monitor social media performance, analyse data, and refine strategies to boost engagement.
- Assist with multi-channel campaigns, event coordination, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure branding consistency and timely campaign execution.

**What We're Looking For**:
**Experience**: 3+ years in content creation, copywriting, and marketing roles.
- **Skills**: Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn), Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
- **Attributes**: Strong research skills, attention to detail, creative flair, and commercial awareness.
- **Education**: A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism is ideal, but experience is also highly valued.
