Job Title: Digital Content Creator

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Content Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging short-form content for social media platforms.

About the Role:

This is a part-time or full-time hybrid position that requires creativity, collaboration, and strong communication skills. As a Digital Content Creator, you will work closely with our founder to review and approve video ideas and edits. You will also be responsible for prepping shoots, sourcing props, filming, and editing casual short-form video content using CapCut Pro.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing video concepts that resonate with viewers beyond current trends.
  • Collaborating with our team to review and approve video ideas and edits.
  • Prepping shoots, sourcing props, filming, and editing casual short-form video content (TikToks, Reels, ads) using CapCut Pro.
  • Working closely with other content specialists and creators to achieve shared goals.
  • Ensuring briefs are accurately executed and deliverables meet deadlines.
  • Guiding creators/models on shoot days, revising content as needed upon request from our founder and clients.
  • Supporting the agency's growth and client retainment in conjunction with our founder.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating multiple viral videos (100k+ views).
  • Knowledge of the difference between organic and paid ads content performance.
  • Two years of short-form content creation experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Accountability, initiative, and punctuality.
  • Team player with open feedback reception.
