You are someone that likes to learn and grow within your role with support from an experienced collaborative team.Duties include but not limited to:You'll be the primary point of contact for daily communication with key business stakeholdersManage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and on timeReconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reportsAnalyse and process timesheets for multiple locationsUnderstand taxation of employer paid benefits and PAYGManaging new starters and terminationsGenerating fortnightly and monthly financial reportingLeave Processing/Deductions/Allowances/Bonus/Choice of SuperBuilding and fostering strong relationships across the businessWe are looking for a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and people skills.

We are looking for an individual who can bring lots of energy and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:3-5 years' experience in payroll processingKnowledge of relevant legislation, awards and ability to interpret EBAsProficiency with SAP preferred, not essentialExperience with Kronos desirableIntermediate experience in Excel and able to generate financial reportsStrong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communicationHigh level of professionalism, dealing with sensitive, confidential documents and personal informationAttention to detail, accuracy and ability to uphold compliance standardsBelow are some of our key central benefits that are available to all employees.
