Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about payroll and has excellent communication skills.
">This role will involve processing payroll transactions, managing workflow, reconciling payroll prior to transmission, validating confirmed reports, analysing and processing timesheets, understanding taxation of employer paid benefits and PAYG, managing new starters and terminations, generating fortnightly and monthly financial reporting, leave processing, deductions, allowances, bonus and choice of super.
">We are looking for a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and people skills. You will be solutions focused and enjoy problem solving. You should have 3-5 years' experience in payroll processing, knowledge of relevant legislation, awards and ability to interpret EBAs, proficiency with SAP preferred but not essential, experience with Kronos desirable, intermediate experience in Excel and able to generate financial reports, strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, high level of professionalism, dealing with sensitive confidential documents and personal information, attention to detail, accuracy and ability to uphold compliance standards.

- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed correctly.">
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.">
- Analyse and process timesheets for multiple locations.">

- Generate fortnightly and monthly financial reporting.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:
