Program Test Manager Large Government Program Month Contract Location: Must be based in Melbourne Hybrid / WFH - No Remote Rate: Approx.
$130-160/hour Must be an Australian Citizen ASAP start Role Overview As the Program Test Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a large transformation program within a federal government organization.
You will be responsible for leading testing activities across Digital Platforms projects, working closely with the business to ensure test strategies and standards are in place.
Experience with large, complex programs is essential, and prior knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff to ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
Act as a Test SME, guiding management and stakeholders in the use of testing tools.
Analyze and report on test activities and results, escalating issues and risks as needed.
Develop test plans, test cases, and supporting data based on specifications.
Assign execution of test cases at various stages of testing.
Contribute to team improvement initiatives, including process changes and test automation.
Identify, manage, and document defects and operational issues.
Manage testing across multiple projects.
Accurately record time and effort for testing activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.
Manage defect triages and meetings.
Coordinate with business teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
