We're partnering with a large-scale enterprise on the search for a Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing strategy for a highly integrated payroll transformation program.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role leading SIT, Regression, Parallel Payroll and UAT phases across a critical payroll implementation involving 20+ system integrations. You'll coordinate internal teams, vendors, and business SMEs in a fast-paced, compliance-heavy environment.

This is: what you'll do
  • Own the full testing strategy and test plans across all phases
  • Lead SIT, Regression, Parallel Payroll Testing and UAT execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams, SMEs and third-party vendors
  • Define and manage entry/exit criteria, defect triage, and resolution
  • Ensure test environments, tools, data and support are maintained
  • Work closely with Cutover, Data and Technical leads for test-cycle alignment
  • Deliver reporting into project governance forums and ensure compliance
This is: what you'll need
  • 7+ years in Test Manager or Test Lead roles in enterprise-scale programs
  • Strong understanding of integration landscapes (APIs, middleware, 3rd party systems)
  • Proven experience in payroll testing, especially Parallel Payroll Testing
  • Experience in Payroll or HRIS implementations – ideally SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or equivalent
  • Confident managing UAT and aligning business, technical and vendor teams
  • Familiar with test tools such as HP ALM, and structured testing approaches
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and lead testing to tight delivery timelines
