We are a very well-equipped 3 Vet clinic, we have a new IM3 MyLab Delta Ultrasound, digital x-rays, dental x-ray, IM3 Dental, orthopaedic equipment, Tonopen and Bair Hugger. We recently expanded the clinic in 2021 to have 4 consult rooms, and 2 surgery rooms, with a separate imaging room and separate cat/dog wards.

**This is a great opportunity for a Veterinary Receptionist to utilise their skills, with plenty of room for growth to support the families and pets of our region**

**Supported by the Practice Manager your Role and Responsibilities will include**:

- Part-time position
- Reception duties including being the first point of contact for clients, handling client enquiries in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments, managing client accounts, admitting and discharging patients
- Delivering dedicated client care to all patients and owners
- Maintaining the overall hygiene of the reception and consultation rooms

**What you'll bring**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills essential
- Min. 2+ years' industry experience in vet reception or vet nurse role
- A high level of computer literacy skills and RxWorks experience
- An enthusiastic approach to tasks with a 'nothing's a problem' attitude
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail
