Join a dynamic and compassionate team of animal lovers as a Veterinary Receptionist.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional client care to the families and pets of our region.

We are seeking a skilled individual with strong communication and customer service skills who can work effectively in a team and maintain high standards of patient care and clinic hygiene.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years' industry experience in vet reception or vet nurse role, with strong computer literacy skills and RxWorks experience. They will be enthusiastic, flexible and able to work under pressure in a busy clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties including being the first point of contact for clients, handling client enquiries in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments, managing client accounts, admitting and discharging patients.
  • Delivering dedicated client care to all patients and owners.
  • Maintaining the overall hygiene of the reception and consultation rooms.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
  • A high level of computer literacy skills and RxWorks experience.
  • An enthusiastic approach to tasks with a 'nothing's a problem' attitude.
  • The ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great attention to detail.
