Located in the beautiful Hawkesbury region, North Richmond Vet Hospital is a modern, purpose-built small animal practice that's been part of the community for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional veterinary care to pets of all shapes and sizes—from dogs and cats to birds, rabbits, and reptiles.
About the Role:This is a full-time role (Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays) starting in the coming weeks for approximately 6 months.
Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming clients and their pets with a friendly, professional approach

Answering a high volume of phone calls and scheduling appointments

Managing emails and online bookings
-
Processing payments and handling point-of-sale transactions
-
Supporting clinical staff with admin tasks
-
Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
-
Warm, professional, and confident in a client-facing role
-
Excellent multitasking and time management skills
-
Prior reception or customer service experience (veterinary or medical preferred)
-
Calm under pressure and comfortable working with animals
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
A strong team player with the ability to work independently
-
Experience with Petbooqz software is a bonus (but not essential)
-
A good sense of humour and a genuine love for what you do
-
Be part of a supportive, animal-loving team

Work in a beautiful, modern facility with a strong local client base

Gain valuable experience in a well-regarded veterinary hospital
