**About the Role**
**As a Store Designer, you will contribute to the provision of planning, design and documentation solutions for the purpose of executive Sign-Off and subsequent delivery of property projects.**:
***Your influence over Design & Documentation will contribute to the continuous improvement of Reece Design Standards in meeting needs of all Reece Strategic Business Units and providing Best In Class property solutions.**:
***Responsibilities include (and are not limited to)**:

- **Supervise, coordinate and/or deliver all internal and design, planning & documentation activities across your allocated projects**:

- **Provide technical building design expertise to the property team & the wider business**:

- **Engage, coordinate and oversee consultants; including architects, planning consultants, building certifiers, engineers, contractors and suppliers to enable effective delivery of Reece Property projects**:

- **Collaborate and support the wider property team with all their design & spatial needs**:

- **Actively participate in all design-related continuous improvement; including design standards**:

- **Contribute to Design Team and property team Dashboards**:

- **Provide design solutions with a focus on reduction or elimination of branch safety risks**:

- **Uphold to the Property Team Leadership Intent & Identity Anchors ; being; Inclusive, Curious, Caring, Transparent & deliberate.**:

- **Contribute to development of the team with respect to coaching, mentoring & leadership**

**Key capabilities and Experience Include (and are not limited to)**:

- **Relationship Building - Has the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the Senior Leadership Team, Managers, Operations Leaders, Region Leaders, peers, juniors and suppliers.**:

- **Financial Acumen - Understand Reece property project financial measures and use them to make informed design decisions that support business needs.**:

- **Communication - Actively seek and share information, encourage discussion and timely communication using various communication methods.**:

- **Functional/Technical Expertise - Has relevant knowledge and skills with industry experience and at least 4-8 years' experience in position within Architecture, Design or Construction. Qualification in a design, construction, or related field.**:

- **Presentation Skills - Ability to present effectively, both digitally and in-person, to audiences across varying degrees of seniority; in order to inform, gain support and collect opinions. Demonstrate use of presentation technologies confidently while fielding audience questions to ensure meeting agenda/objectives are met.**:

- **Technology Savvy - Use technology effectively for the good of the business. Proficiency with Autodesk Revit essential. Basic skills with AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat (inc. Comment/Edit tools), Enscape 3D rendering & MS Office programs (Including Microsoft Teams) will be a definite advantage (some on-the-job coaching available). Photoshop, InDesign, Powerpoint or other presentation software an advantage.**
