**What is the role?**

The key responsibility of this role is to provide support and assistance to the Operations Manager by facilitating and ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of the crews and equipment. You will rotate throughout the day between duties such as:

- Conducting hazard assessments
- Reporting and compliance
- Coordinating schedules and plans
- Planning and conducting toolbox meetings
- Vehicle and equipment inspections
- Accurate recording of completed team tasks and overall crew performance

**Do you have?**
- A current drivers' licence
- Industry experience and/or qualifications Cert III Horticulture or Arboriculture
- Operation of Chainsaw Level 1 and/or 2
- The ability to work safely
- The flexibility to Live Away from Home for up to 2 weeks at a time

**Great, but not essential**:

- White card
- First aid/CPR
- MR/HR Truck Licence
