Join a Federal Government department as a
Systems Administrator
to support their critical ICT operations and grow your career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Level 1 (Basic) support for all the department's products.
Level 2 (Troubleshooting) support for all the department's products.
Logging or assisting with the logging of support requests.
Maintain & administer DCR and SDTE infrastructure and endpoints.
Auditing and asset management of the department's owned materiel, at unit locations.
Coordination and assistance with the department's products' upgrades/updates/maintenance.
Contribute/participate in the department's product test and evaluation activities.
Participate in support request triage.
Conduct product maintenance in accordance with the department's Maintenance Management System.
Requirements
Experience in IT Administration
Experience with Physical and Virtual network devices
Prior experience in IT cross-functional or project teams
Prior experience working on ADF systems and networks
Must hold an NV2 security clearance
Desirable
Experience with Powershell
Experience in and understanding of cyber security
Due to the nature of the role, the candidate must be an Australian Citizen with an NV2 security clearance.
