Leading Hand | Multi-Skilled Plant Operator Are you a skilled plant operator ready to step up into a leadership role?
We're looking for a hands-on leading hand to join a well-established, recycling business that's leading the way in sustainable resource recovery.

$44.49 ph + Super
Monday to Friday 6am – 4pm

On going casual work with the view to go perm What You'll Be Doing As Leading Hand | Multi-Skilled Plant Operator, you'll: Lead by example to support a safe and productive work environment.
Oversee daily operations alongside a skilled team.
Perform minor maintenance
Complete required paperwork (pre-starts, running sheets, checklists).
Deliver great service to both internal teams and external customers.
What We're Looking For Previous supervisory experience in production, operations, or maintenance.
Front end Loader experience
Confident operating a variety of plant and equipment safely.
Sound WHS knowledge and commitment to environmental best practice.
Plant Licenses or Verification of Competency (VOC) required.
Able to maintain accurate equipment records.
