Medley Buying and Planning Coordinator

Medley Jewellery is a new online start-up is currently on a supersonic growth journey and is looking for a Buying and Planning Coordinator to join their fast-growing and fashion focused team.

At Medley no two days are the same and we are seeking an enthusiastic Coordinator who is passionate about a career in product Buying or Planning. Reporting to the Medley Senior Buyer, you will support the Medley product function by managing administration, data processing and system requirements for the department. You will play a key role in sample and product maintenance, ensuring the website is optimised to sell product.

The role:

- Ensure sample room and inventory systems are organised and up to date
- Manage stock in and out of concept room for photoshoots, stocktaking and variance checking
- Reporting for trade analysis and stock movement
- Work in D365, EDI, dear and shopify simultaneously ensuring the systems align through outstanding attention to detail
- Optimise website visual merchandising with product uploads
- Supporting all aspects of the ranging process, SKU allocation and range plans are accurate
- Trend reviewing, forecasting & analyse sell through

- Enthusiastic about retail, e-commerce and a career in planning
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced excel and administration skills - do you love spreadsheets as much as us?
- Excellent attention to detail and desire to follow through with processes
- Possess strong communication skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work proactively in a team environment with a flexible, can do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem solve
