**Pellegrino 2000 is looking for an Head Waiter/Supervisor.**

PELLEGRINO 2000, a restaurant by Chefs Dan Pepperell, Mikey Clift, and sommelier Andy Tyson, located in Surry Hills on the corner of Campbell Street & Foster, is looking for an experienced section waiter_**.**_

Inspired by the neighbourhood trattorias of Rome and Florence classics are executed with respect for technique & history, but with fresh life breathed into them. Pellegrino, opened in early 2022, has already established itself as a destination restaurant, picking up Delicious's No.1 restaurant in NSW and a score of 15.5 (one chef's hat) in the Good Food Guide.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
