Gran Torino Double Bay is on the hunt for accomplished Head and section waiters, with at least 2 years' experience in two hatted restaurants, to join our highly skilled, diverse, and fun team of professionals.

-Experienced waiters with a strong knowledge and understanding of food and wine who can confidently run a section and who have a genuine passion and love for the hospitality industry.

You will have access to weekly trainings, opportunity for career progression and the invaluable experience of working side by side with one of the industry's leading and most influential Chef's, Neil Perry AM.
