You will work closely with Management to ensure that our Club looks it's best at all times.
This role will see you identifying any maintenance issues and bringing them to management, overseeing any maintenance projects onsite, doing maintenance day to day and coordinating and meeting with external trades when required.To be successful you will need to have good maintenance skills and knowledge of most handyman skills including but not limited to building, plumbing, electrical and plastering.Experience, Knowledge and QualificationsYou don't have to excel at all the trades but be confident to achieve a good standard in most of them.Any trade experience such as Electrical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, will be highly regarded.As the successful candidate you will be able to provide evidence of the following:Working knowledge of OH&SHaving worked in a professional and customer service environmentStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Very good interpersonal skillsA pro-active approach to identifying maintenance issuesReliableA police check and working with Children check is required.You will be required to work set days and set times over the 7 day week Monday to Sunday.
