**The Role**

MACA Mining has a position open for a
**Technical Trainer - All Rounders** to join our mining division. This role will report to the corporate training team but will predominantly be working onsite on an 8/6 roster FIFO from. You will rotate around MACA's 11 operating mine sites as required.

The Technical Trainer plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for mining operations. Covering essential topics such as safety protocols, equipment operation, mining procedures, and site-specific guidelines to ensure that recruits are well-prepared and competent for their roles in a mining environment.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- All the required tickets/licenses/qualifications to be a Trainer in the West Australian mining industry.
- Expertise in **Digger, Dozer, Grader, Loader and Water Cart**: experience should cover a deep understanding of operating, including various models, sizes, and configurations commonly used in mining operations.
- Safety Protocols and Compliance: The role involves educating mining personnel on safety protocols, best practices, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting: proficient in teaching maintenance routines, preventive measures, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Operator Skill Development: Enhancing the skills and proficiency of operators. Hands-on training, practical exercises, and simulations to improve operators' abilities in areas such as load handling, terrain navigation, and efficient material transport.
